I loved the Heavenly Sword demo, it had a great feeling to it: gorgeous protagonist, tons of enemies that reacted like a real crowd, intriguing combat mechanics, great graphics and physics, awesome animation, awesome sound.
I didn't like the Enslaved demo: borderline annoying protagonist, few enemies that all sucked, almost no combat mechanics, not good enough graphics (worse than HS), few particles to judge physics on(compared to HS, the environments looked really empty), bad animation (bad bad animation for our times, I think I was disappointed with the demo after the first jump), bad sound (I use the TV's speakers that's true, but the sound in the demo was bad or lacking for me compared to other games on the same sound system).
I played the demo twice, the second time on hard hoping that would add to the experience. It didn't (it was easier than the first time since I was already proficient enough with the "combat mechanics").
Sadly, this game is not out of my list solely based on what they did in HR, and that I hope to see Andy continue doing games.
