Buy Quantic Dreams, get Naughty Dog, Santa Monica and Guerrilla Games to develop a new engine for the PS3, distribute that engine to 3rd party developers for free and teach them how to use it. Advertise Blu-Ray movies with Kevin Butler commercials :P. Get a Monster Hunter 1 year exclusivity on PS3 to give it a push in japan. 100 dollars price cut for the PS3 in November 2011 and introduce new colors everywhere. Get SCEA to develop a new firmware update that includes stuff like cross-game voice chat since everyone seems to be bitching about that (among other stuff) :P. Remove Copy-Protection from save files :S. Add support for NTFS external HDDs. Add the ability to deactivate a PS3 system from another PS3 without having to call Sony :P Well... a lot of stuff :P
