I would buy Nintendo.
Seriously though, i would do nothing but add better online features and make sure the psp2 shits on the 3DS by making the hardware super cheap and even easier to develop for. It obvious that strong hardware just does not matter when it comes to market share.
Edit: Oh and i would make sucker punch give me a new level in infamous 2 every week. And i mean even after the game comes out......
