TBH that simply confirmed my current view that the Wii and Move are better setups for FPS using some form of motion control than Kinect (as it stands currently with no controller of its own).
Now, if MS could mix the guesture elements with using a gamepad (or another hacker) then it would be interesting.
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
