Well that's good to know, but it's really a no-brainer. They won't just give up the very market that put the 360 where it is, the very market responsible for many midnight launches, the rise of the shooter genre on console, and the bread and butter of Xbox LIVE. Even with their dip into the casual, family friendly market, the 360, at it's heart, is a core machine.
Since they've proven they can support both the family market & core market simulatneously, the system is in a fantastic position right now.

Summary:
Shooters, Xbox Live, and casuals. Nothing new.

I'm starting to think that some users on this site require other users to have to present themselves like a legal document when posting. So let me be a little more explicit: Shooters (because it is the Xbox 360's strongest, most popular genre), Xbox Live (arguably Microsoft biggest success in the console industry), and casuals (Kinect and shooter genre since most casual falls into the hype of what's most popular.) So like I said, nothing new.
