Microsoft has yet to advertise "core" games for Kinect. But we have seen "core" games like Madworld and No More Heroes for the Wii and Resident Evil 5 for the PS3 Move along with the upcoming Killzone 3 and Dead Space 2. Hey, with Kinect and a controller, why not have a Resident Evil Kinect version out sometime as well as a Kinect and controller enabled Dead Space 2? It's very clear what a "camera" and "controller" combo can do. We've... seen it already. Just saying.

Yes, the PSEye is capable of body tracking, and how much it would be used I do not know. But I'm sorry to inform you that both Killzone 3 and Dead Space 2 for the PS3 will not utilize body tracking at this moment.

No the PS Eye is capable of taking low res still shots, which is how it can track back and forth movement. It has no depth sensor and it has an extremely low RGB camera, very limited movement is actually possible since it follows the infrared sensors in the controllers. So this would never be possible on the Move unless they put out upgraded camera, sorry to burst your bubble.
