Michael Cera: Awkward Teenager

It's true, as soon as I saw this thread, I knew exactly what it was about, that's all he ever does.

He was an awkward teenager in two films in the same year, Superbad and Juno... then I heard he was in Year One and thought oh thank god he can't be awkward in this, but to my suprise... he was, infact if anything he was even more awkward, but was he meant to be a teenager at all? I assume so, but his age is never really mentioned or anything.

The year after that, 2010, he was in Youth in Revolt, I saw the trailers and was like OH THANK GOD FINALLY HE WILL NOT BE AWKWARD IN THIS, IT PORTRAYS HIM AS SOME BAD ASS!... no, it did not, he was an awkward teenager... bah.

Title role in the Scott Pilgrim film, surely he can not, in any way possible be awkward in this, that is not Scott Pilgrim... BOOM, again?!

Is this all he can do? I mean I'll admit, he portrays an awkward teenager pretty damn good, but when that's all you can do, damn you get stale quick.

Let's not forget every single episode of Arrested Development, that came before any of those...
