They claim that the third person view has been improved , but I guess it's never the same when you make a FPRPG with a feature of TPV and when you make a TPRPG with relastic animation and reactions , imo this franchise need so many improvements that I doubt a developer like Bethesda can achieve , good for them they have such a huge fanbase though.
