I don't see why this is a never situation. Microsoft more then any other company will do what it takes to survive. If they feel blu-ray is part of their survival they will sell a blu-ray drive. Microsoft has done bigger flip flops then this... And to tell you the truth they are not that invested into HD DVD to begin with. They have never promised a game for it, and promote their Marketplace services more then HD DVD movie buying.
