Sounds pretty amazing even if they are still sticking to the old style of leveling.. Dual wielding different spells, weapons, shields. Perk system that will really effect gameplay. Finishers for weapons and spells, combining spell effects. I've seen enough sign my ass up.
Also, just read ability to sprint at the cost of stamina, I have been waiting for this forever!

I just hope they're rid of the old global system, where enemies leveled with your character. Never did make any sense, nor added anything worthwhile to the atmosphere of the Elder Scrolls games.

Kinda sad that there's even less Skills 
Sprinting does look like a good adition, but I do hope they bring back the Levitate Alteration spell or Levitate potion. I had tons of fun with it in Morrowind xD.
Duels seem interesting, especially if it's done by two Destruction magic users XD

Yeah. Though 2 conjurers sounds epic too.
Also, my other post mentioned. Level scaling will be like Fallout 3. Not so bad. You agree?
