343 Industries: A studio set up to develop future Halo related productions.[6] (pretty obvious they are working on next halo)

BigPark: Kinect Joy Ride. (working on kinect)

Good Science Studio: Kinect Adventures[7] (working on kinect)

Lionhead Studios: Black & White series, Fable series. (fable and maybe kinect)

MGS Mobile Gaming: focused on bringing games and entertainment to the Windows Phone 7. (phone games only, outside chance of port to xbl for some of them)

Rare Ltd.: Banjo-Kazooie series, Battletoads series, Conker series, Perfect Dark series, Viva Piñata series, Kinect Sports (working on kinect and maybe more n64 games for xbl)

Turn 10 Studios: Forza Motorsport series. (forza only obviously)

Xbox Live Productions: Fable II Pub Games, South Park Let's Go Tower Defense Play! (either phone or xbl games)

Wingnut Interactive: A studio set up in partnership with Peter Jackson to produce "filmic games". (only one we don't know what they are working on)

3rd Party Affiliates

Bungie: Halo Series (went multiplat)

Epic Games: Gears Of War series (going multiplat, gears 3 last exclusive)

feelplus: Lost Odyssey, Ninety-Nine Nights II. (all current projects multiplat)

Frontier Developments: Kinectimals. (working on kinect)

Mistwalker: Lost Odyssey. (haven't worked on a 360 game since 2007)

Remedy Entertainment: Alan Wake. (Either MS is paying them for a sequel to alan wake or they went back to multiplat)

Robot Entertainment: Age of Empires Online. (never made a console game)

Ruffian Games: Crackdown 2. (This one looks like they might be working on something for MSes core audience) 

Sarbakan: Lazy Raiders. (XBL game or xbl/psn game)

Signal Studios: Toy Soldiers. (only released one game, could go multiplat could be working on something else, no information at all)

Silicon Knights: Too Human. (working on multiplats currently)

Ska Studios: The Dishwasher (dishwasher sequel other xbl game)

 

So anyways that means that MS has a few developers which might be working on a core exclusive for ps3 that hasn't been announced yet, some of which might be working on a multiplat, not looking good for their promise
