I'm all for safe sex as well. However when you receive a bj its true you can't feel it like you can whithout it. I never bang without a condom though. But I have received head most times without it.
Yes I know you can still catch stuff without it on wihen receiving head. But luckily for me I never have. I am married now so I don't have to worry about such things.
