What Gamecube and N64 games would you like to see on the Wii in some form?

It's awesome, but I wouldn't mind some balance tweaks and it could be fun with steering tilt.  Who knows, it might lead to reviving the IP too if it did well.

Trouble with F Zero is that despite its superiority to Wipeout, it never became a well known IP (due to the platform it was on and the lack of in game advertising and licensed music) and is now I fear, too hardcore to be successful on the Wii. (Especially if you look at every other race game on Wii exculding MK)
