I can't see it being fixed myself. Even if they manage to detect dodgy ISO files due to their size on the hard drive there's nothing that I can see stopping people from getting Blu-Ray writers, blank Blu-Rays and writing their own Blu-Ray discs. They're all very affordable nowadays.
