But you can't compare the sony and ms numbers here, cause sony counts every account ever made (including accounts that wont be used anymore; read that somewhere) and microsoft only active ones.

No need to "shoot" you, but it'd be wise to state that in your OP. It's quite misleading, and has the potential to lead into a flamewar. I'm sure most people are familiar with how PSN users are calculated though.

Well, that's why I normally put the source link after the news article.  Also, you'd hope some wouldn't be so easy to jump to conclusions.  But this is the interwebs, ya know.
