We are talking about a once great studio considered among the best and paid an impressive amount of money who is doing low level stuffs that every other studio could do easily?

Rare is dead, the people who worked there are not in the studio anymore it's like if this was a completely different studio than the old Rare.

Low level stuff..? They are integral to the new direction that ther 360 has taken with Avatars and Kinect.  It is this that has ensured 8m kinects shipped (probably pretty much sold now) and 2 consecutive 1m 360 weeks.

10 years ago they were considered like an elite developper.

Now they are developping games or features unrelated to games that everybody could do. They went from an elite studio to a very average one.
