Amazon is currently having a big sale on BR. A few days ago it was HD DVD that had all the Harry Potters as #1, 2, 3, 4, etc.

Look at the top selling DVD (including HD DVD and BR) players:

#1 and #2 are HD DVD players, #3 is a DVD player and #4 is BR

That's because there was a sale on HD DVDs that week.

Amazon sales then to heavily lean towards HD DVD for some reason. There have been almost entire weeks with HD DVD in the lead on Amazon, but when the Nielsens finally come out the next Friday, it turns out that Blu-Ray lead the week by 60% or more.
