I wonder if kinect is still gathering data and sending it to ms. I can't remeber if it asked me if that was ok or not. I'm sure the more its in use the more data they can get and refine how kinect sees you. I remember how bad voice recognition was in its infacy and its come so far. Makes me wonder where this tech will get to too.
