I have to laugh than fanboyism even spills into which browser people use... Jesus... its all soooooooooo serious.

I couldnt give a toss which browser I use.

Sometimes Firefox crashes and it is certainly too fat these days, but its ok.... Chrome? its ok... the new IE's ? they are ok too. (IE9 is nice)

Broswers dont really excite me too much.

Yeah, its pretty ridiculous.  Its like arguing over what gas station has the best gas or something ...

Anyway, I used to use IE exclusively but some coder friends of mine kept talking Firefox this and Firefox that.  So I gave it a try and really didn't see the big deal.  I did download some plugins that made web development easier for sure, but now I know the plugin market is growing for all 3.  Also the plugins, along with whatever that last update was, started making FF a crashy, slow mess.  So now I use Chrome.  For sites that I can (which is most).  Since I'm still on XP, it runs the smoothest for me.

But, for old times sake, I do open IE8 (wish I could give 9 a try ...) and FF and they still do the job for my taste just fine.  I really don't understand why people let themselves get so worked up and fanboyish over something as trivial as a browser ...
