That looks much more than the alpha of an oblivion mod, rather than Skyrim's gameplay.

Heck, even the loading screen looks like DarkGUI's mod.

Damn those modders know their craft.

Last year I had up to 20 gb of Oblivion mods here on my laptop

FCOM with Warcry plus Midas Enhanced Magic plus   DarkGUI's plus Natural Enviroments FTW XD

(damn VGC and their plus sign hate >_>)

Damn, it probably turns it into a whole new game.

I can see better graphics, no enemy scaling. What else? Give me some examples.

Enhanced battle gameplay. You can side block, jump attack, magic cast while staff blocking, and many other battle enhancements.

Natural Enviroments adds much more different weather varieties and a much more fluid daytime transitions. Also, strong weather like snow or rain also have different intensities, instead of the same intensity from vanilla oblivion.

FCOM is a mash-up of Martigen's Monster Mod, Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul, Francesco's Leveled Creatures-Items and Warcry, which adds lots of new monsters, quests, different leveling up intensities, no enemy scaling, enemy classes (normal, rare, elite), quest enhanceable equipment and so on.

DarkGui's gives you a darker, more stylish UI:
