ITs because its still has the same problems as the orignal. Plus its not new anymore, if you look at the the games released during the second half of 2010 majority of them were sequels and all got much lower scores than the prevouis games in their series. Only AAA game of that time was Reach but that got lower scores compared to Halo 3 too even though it was bettter.
