Apparently your are suppost to be home already by some magical way. If your not causeing problems, you shouldn't be charged but that is never the case. I never got a ticket for this, thankgod but I know a bunch who did. What a joke.

I run a production company and they always find ways to screw with people. If there is no problem leave people the f alone.

How about not drinking, getting drunk, and littering the streets like a vagabond? Where are the actual vagabonds suppose to sleep, if all these drunk bums pass out on the street???

Well if they do those types of things then fine. I'm talking about people that are not drunks trying to get home the safe way.  people with homes and jobs that like to have fun sometimes on the weekend.

They should have someone who doesn't drink woth them, who can take them home safely (it could be dangerous if they pass out on the street).


 I didn't say a person with a drinking problem. Only people with drinking problems pass out on the street. I have always made it to my bed.  So have all my friends. I think you might be to young to release the difference. It's obvious people don't do this, maybe you live in a town that this happens but I don't.

I have worked at bars for some time and I have never seen a person pass out in the street. Most people that don't drink, don't got to bars for fun. Thats like going to a gay bar and your not gay.  Maybe some might but usually not.

THANKS FOR YOUR IMPUT BUT I THINK YOU HAVE NO CLUE WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT. IT'S OBVIOUS YOU DON'T DRINK OR ARE NOT EVEN OLD ENOUGH TO UNDERSTAND THE REASON WHY PEOPLE JUST DRIVE RATHER THEN WALK. LETS SAY WHEN  A PERSON, LETS SAY JOHN, GETS OUT OF THE BAR. JOHNS RIDE THAT WAS SUPPOST TO TAKE HIM HOME, BLEW HIM OFF(HAPPENS, MOST LIKELY FOR A GIRL).  NO CAB WILL PICK HIM UP, NO SOBER DRIVER  TO TAKE HIM HOME AND END UP THINKING, F IT I SHOULD JUST DRIVE BECAUSE NO MATTER WHAT I DO I AM BREAKING THE LAW.

 SO AT THAT POINT YOU HAVE TO CHOOSE WHAT LAW TO BREAK, THERE IS NO WAY AROUND IT. SO IT IS A STUPID LAW AND THEY SHOULD ONLY INFORCE DEORDERLY CONDUCT IF THEY ARE CAUSING PROBLEMS. WHICH THEY DO WITH STRAIGHT PEOPLE. IF YOU ARE A PROBLEM THEN YOU SHOULD GET IN TROUBLE. NOT IF YOU ARE JUST DRUNK, MINDING YOUR OWN BUISNESS AND KEEPING WELL WITH IN CONTROL AND MAKING YOUR WAY HOME.
