Hell no! If you have a gaming PC, do both on PC -- a far better experience overall, and you can use your save right through. The only reasons not to would be trophies or a desperate desire to buy everything on PS3 to the exclusion of the better gaming option (the latter of which would strike me as a bit daft).

PS3 owners should wait a bit for the price to go down,and then buy the PS3 version with all the DLC and upgraded game-engine.

You did notice that you said: 'PS3 owners should play ME on PC'? If that's the case, then one presumes an individual in such a situation has a gaming PC. If so, as my previous post suggested, why bother flitting from PC to PS3? If it will run ME1, it'll easily run ME2 which is better optimised.
