I believe Microsoft Kinect will have motion controls in the near future.

I think they should make Wireless xbox controllers work with kinect as some sort of aiming device but don't replace right analog stick though.(some pro controller consumers will not like it)

This addition will help alot of PC gamers who absolutely cannot get use to the controller to like this new format IMHO.
