I've watched all of the anime and read the manga to the last episode out, and I just have to say that there are so, so many, so much better mangas around, ones that don't take 600 episodes and 430~ anime episodes to become not just really good, but WAY better than One Piece.

Sorry I disagree with you. I like how the story progresses in One Piece compared to a lot of other anime. It's the anime I like waiting for at the end of the week. I've watched a lot of other anime and none really catch the feel of One Piece. It has an adventurous feel that I really enjoy and characters that you cannot forget (including those bitchy annoying ones). Hell man the best anime's that I've seen so far are One Piece, Rurouni Kenshin, Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood, and History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi. Those are just at the top of my head... Oh I also liked Midori Days because it's fun to watch.

And One Piece have been great for me from Ch 001 up to now... just getting better every chapter... wouldn't care if it would have 2000 Ch. just would be sad that i would have to wait a lot of years to know the full story.
