It isnt budget priced because it is essentially the Game of the Year Edition with all the DLC. So Lair of Shadow Broker is 10. Overlord 7 bucks. Kazumi Stolen Memory 7 bucks. Add in the Fire Power, Aegis, and Equalizer packs 6 bucks. Then add in the comic and the Mass Effect Story catch up and it is worth the full price.
