BTW it is true that guns don't shoot by themself, people are who shoot other people, but without guns, you can't shoot.

1)Serious injuries, possibly one (or more) fatalities. But it is an unknown because of a lack of information on the situation and that there weren't firearms present

or

2)no injuries due to a dissolved situation due to the possibililty of deadly force, i.e. everyone backs down because no one wants to die. Again an unknown because no firearms were present

3)any variation you want to come up with because its a hypothetical question

if they stabed each other it wasnt because they wanted to make each other a tattoo, it was because they wanted to kill each other, the problem is that with a gun, you wouldn't have enough time to make a friend stop shooting someone, with i knife-fight you would..

 

I think if they had had guns, not only 3 people, but six at least would be dead today.
