Its his opinion. There was this weird guy back when Mass Effect 2 released that said ME 2 is better than Uncharted 2 on IGN. It was obviously his opinion and the same guy also liked trophies better than achievement.
IGN allows their editors to write their own opinions and I think that's pretty cool. The media has completely become the opposite of what it was back in 2007. Everyone used to like the 360 more, no questions asked. Even in 2008. Man, the moment 2009 finished with uncharted 2 it was completely different, like wtf?
