Yeah I'd rather be in Australia right now too. But 5-6 degrees celcius is extremely warm for Ontario (Canada) in December/January.

Oh my goodness. I would love to have a white christmas, hell white anything, never been to the snow :-/

Snow is fun for skiing/snowboarding but trust me its not as great as it looks. You'd get tired of it very quickly. 

I'll trade you our snow for your weather?
