i think the ps3 will eventually end up same sales as xbox360. maybe bit more (less then 1 million) maybe bit less (less then 1million).
The ps3 will geta huge boost when blue ray becomes the standard new dvd format. Wich eventaully will happen i guess. then ms will drop their hddvd extention and make xbox 360 porteble blue ray's or integrates it.
then ps3 get some good games, drop prices, xbox will drop prices and buy the exclusive for some killer RPG's for the japanesemarket.
and in the end they both sold around 30.000.000 when the new next gen arrives. and then to get rid of old stock they make it like 199$ and finally they soldaround 40.M

ps. why all that outsell crap, themain purpose of a machine is that you like it no matter how much other ppl own it. my 2nd2cents
