I just did a quick look at torrent sites and PS3 games (mostly) seem to be around 5GB with PSN games being about 500MB ... Certainly there are some large PS3 games (20GB to 25GB) but I don't see any reason to believe that 300 games couldn't be put on a 1TB hard-drive
