what is the fuel efficiency of a "good" car and a "bad" car given in percent form? im just curious because my physics professor said that its impossible to make anything 100% fuel efficient so i just want an idea as to how far away we are. im guessing its pretty low by the way he said it like 20-30%. also, fuel efficencies for larger vehicles like airplanes and ships would be good too. and lastly, efficiencies for non-gasoline based cars like solar powered or electric powered cars would be great. thanks.
