Right, hence my concession earlier.  But that's a very far cry from what you originally wrote.  That's all I'm saying.

Sure. I wasn't entirely clear in my first post. My point was that this kind of thing being prosecuted isn't a real surprise. If the judge allows it to go through and get to a jury trial and the guy is convicted of it, THEN I'd be surprised.
