Is your 3 year extended warrantee up?
Mine expired in November (still on my original console), but it's rarely on for too long even when it's used. I actually wouldn't mind buying a 250GB/Kinect bundle seeing as how the 20GB SKU HDD is pretty useless in addition to being louder than any PC I own. Just can't justify the purchase until it breaks though.
