here is a penis training programm:
1. get a erection
2. put the penis in hot water for 30seconds to 1 minute
3. put the penis in cold water for 30seconds to 1 minute
4. put it in hot water again
5. in cold water again
6. repeat for 30 minutes everyday
* make sure never lose the erection during the excercise.
you will have better control of your penis.
