3rd party developers can never get the full potential of the PS3

It depends on the engine beeing used. UE3 games will never unlock the full potential of the PS3.But if they use an engine optimized for both ps3 and xbox360... it could be possible. We'll see in 2011 what Cry Engine 3,  id Tech 5 and the modified UE3 for Bioshock Infinite can do for the PS3.
