Dude, you really are ignorant. No one (with any self-respect) just bitches and moans and compares Wii graphics to the HD systems and says "the Wii is all sucky and whatnot." The problem with the graphics on the Wii is that they aren't being pushed in any real way. Sure, a few games featured some sharper graphics, such as Dead Space Extraction and Super Mario Galaxy, but seriously.
Put it like this, the Wii is anywhere from 2-4 times as powerful as the PS2. Yet almost no game on the Wii looks even half as good as any God of War game. They should at least look as good as the PS2/PSP God of War titles, yet almost nothing does. Hell, when I've bitched about Wii graphics recently, it was while I was playing God of War: Chains of Olympus on my PSP--because I was saying, "there's no reason Wii games shouldn't routinely look at least as awesome as this." I wasn't comparing Wii graphics to an HD system--I was comparing them to the graphics of PS2 hardware, which is 10 years old. And the Wii still doesn't look as good.
But then, why bother pushing the system to it's extremes, graphically, when no one buys the games anyway? Again, Dead Space Extraction gave us some pretty great graphics for a Wii game--but all the Wii owners did was bitch and moan about it being "just a rail shooter" and "different" from the original Dead Space game. Some people don't know how to be happy with what they've got.
