PS3 is the most popular console in my experience, at least when it comes to online. It has the most fanboys, as well as fans.

Yea, seems they don't play games but sit online all day.Atleast thats what the Servey earlier this month said, that it was the most underplayed console. So is it just the boasting console of the generation or the most popular.  I would say wii has it in the bag and the sales prove that, not all the great talk that is going on.

they don't broadcast the most talked about products on gamer sites thats less then 90% of the gamer community. They broadcast about what is selling like hot cakes and that in turn means it's popular.

Hardcore gamers usually do use forums and stuff a lot more than casual audience.

Can you give the link for the survey if you have? It must have been in US or something cause taking a survey throughout the world is almost impossible. Not everyone is connected to online.

It was posted on vgchartz and I really don't feel the need to look for it.

I wouldn't say it's hardcore gamers online in forums because I have a lot of friends that are all considered hardcore gamers and known of them but me are online sites posting. I'm about one  in a 100 people I know that game on a regular basis and posts on forums as well.

Maybe it's the nature of the sony gamer.  There are more xbox gamers then there is ps3 gamers. SO it might be like profiling someone. Chances are more lilkely that they will feel the need to interact with forums then others.  Now I know your going to mention RROD but I will mention that it was covered for three years and that YLOD is not such a small deal either. All my friends with ps3's decided just to get another ps3 rather then paying the 190 dollars to get it fixed.

So actually because of the big warrenty there is most likely less 360's bought or about the same as Ps3 due to failure.

If your weren't going to say that I'm sorry for going on and on about something you did not care to say in the first place. GOOD TIMES.
