So you want to by all your pieces from this website? I don't really know US prices for hardware (I live in Europe) but usually I do get my pieces from different places to find the best combo (with possibly increasing the delivery costs I know, it's usually a long and difficult research...). If we base everything on this website:

-CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103675

I would recommend you buy at least a phenom II. Athlon it's not good enough for your games (especially if you wanna play crysis and battlefield 2), and it's better to go for the 4 cores because as zarx explained more and more games start using multiple cores (even though starcraft doesn't).

 -Case

You don't need to spend so much on a case!! I undersand the need of having it cool but really, it's better to spend your money on something else! The recommendation of zarx is good, I remember there was a extremely good case for less than 40$ but I don't remember it rite now, I'll have a look.

-RAM

You absolutely need to buy DDR3 RAM!!  So yeah here again zarx had a good suggestion I think

-DVD drive

Do you really need to have a Blue Ray drive? What do you need it for? Is going to be connected to your tv and used for watching movies as well? Because I wouldn't spend so much personally, nowadays you can just go with digital contents and buy a DVD drive for less than 20$, this is more than fine imo (unless you have particular needs): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827136216

-Graphic Card

You do need a gtx 470 for running starcraft 2 on ultra at 1080p with 4x AA but  I would rather get a ati 6870 (40$ less for same gaming performance) or a 6950 (the one I have, for 40$ more, and it's more powerful than a 470)) because they are of a newer generation and are more futureproof imo. But that also goes down to personal preference. But remember that the 6950 can reach the same performance of a 6970 with a few changes: http://downloads.guru3d.com/Radeon-HD-6950-to-HD-6970-Flashing-Tools-download-2658.html

Motherboard (the one suggested by zarx) and Power Supply are a good. Asus is my favourite for matherboards (and it's the connection to all your pieces, so if it's not good, doesn't matter how good all your other pieces are!!) while I usually go for Corsair for power supply, but they don't sell what I'm looking for in the website (even though Antec is a good brand).

I'll take another look later at the website and see if I can give you my suggested build for 700$.

alright thanks for the suggestions!
