I haven't watched a whole lot of trailers this year, but anything that showed (nearly) no gameplay scenes is an instant winner for this title. Metroid: Other M had such a trailer, so I'll go with that.

That doesn't count, the debut trailer for the game was a year ago.

The debut trailer of Other M showed gameplay segments. This year there was one particular MOM trailer that focused entirely on showing off prerendered cutscenes.

But you already knew what the game was about, so it was not an unveiling or something.... so you could live with it (unlike Zelda)
