They were usually one step behind a competitor or two here (marketshare). Nowadays, I wouldn't say the Sony nor PlayStation brands are tarnished, but they're certainly damaged. Like any brand though, they can bounce back with the right resources and business decisions. |
Err... "Tarnished brand" and "damaged brand" mean pretty much the same thing :-/
