That's strange because I did chapter select for Hard Mode to get all the Treasures while I'm at it so I jumped from one chap to another and reached the final chapter with previous chapters all done on hard and finished the game on hard and trophy popped up. Then I of course started from the very beginning for Crushing to get my Platinum.
