I don't disagree with any of that.  Though replace "feel good" with "is peoples choice."

So yea if people want to fuck up there lives,more power to them,but that does'nt mean it should be legal. You could basically apply the same logic to any kind of crime. 

And you should, for any crime that isn't directly harming someone else like theft.
