A much better effort than I expected, but no. THe thing about the first list is that it doesn't actually pit JRPGs against each othe rin particular, and progressing the furthest of any JRPG isn't the same thing as being the most well-loved wthin a given demographic.

All of the lists have the problem of being opt-in and thus inherently non-representative of larger populations.

The third list doesn't support you at all.

An appeal to authority for an authority that doesn't exist in any meaningful way (and no, none of these are representative) is less-than-useless. Don't go about making claims of the tastes of the majority unless you have indicators that are well and truly indisputable.

Well the second list should be enough to support my claims. Remember that I said that Final Fantasy X is easily considered the best JRPG of all time and it's been voted the best JRPG of all time by Famitsu. That's all there is to it. It represents the Japanese opinion, though.
