check out DF's video comparison too, as far as I can see, I doubt they actually tailored the ME2 assets to the PS3 (I wouldn't either if I was the dev) so the shaders don't look as nice, I'm hoping ME3 on PS3 would solve that issue so everybody gets to enjoy the new game on a relatively close level, but man the Lighting and Shadows are way better for the console version on the ME3 engine, that's for sure. The average consumer most likely won't see close up differences since they'd be on a big TV sitting pretty far away but the improved shadows would definitely help the immersion. If I've learned anything in the past few years, it's that SS does not do a game justice, and that's mainly because of the Wii, on SS, a lot of Wii games look terrible, but look great in motion so the end result is very different, which is something I never realized being a PC gamer before where everything is always so much more advanced.
