Yea, I still play this game from time to time.
I'd try to get unlimited money and just have fun trying to build a city. I usually end up doing that for games like this from Roller Coaster Tycoon to Sim City.
I could never seem to get goods delievered efficiently from one area of the city to another so I'd always run out of something devolving all my damn houses.
