A decent airflow should keep the temp between 30 - 40 degrees. That would include an intake fan, cpu fan, rear fan at a minimum.
Its probably be the cpu fan. Is it stock? Those are decent, but mostly loud.
Your cpu is quite good, which means it generates more heat then a regular one. Those kinds of cpu's needs 'brand' not 'stock' cooling. A good zalman or artic with fan and heatsink will do.
