i use to update directly with the PS3 but some time ago all my downloads wouldn't install. Every single demo i downloaded always had an error when installing at 14%. Game updates also wouldnt install and would also get an error at 14%. I think it all started when I updated to 3.41. I downloaded 3.42 directly from playstation asia usingmy laptop and updated via usp(which took more than a day..yes, my internet is that crapy) and thought that thatw ould fix the problem. Unfortunately, it didnt.
And even more recently, whenever i try to connect my ps3 to the internetz I get a DNS error. It use to work really well in the past, but ever since 3.4x firware updates i've had a lot of probelms with networking, psn ownloads and the likes.
I dont feel like downloading a 100 mp firmware update for x number of days especially during the xmas season wherein my connection speed goes from crapy to just plain horrible.
