did you build your self or buy a prebuilt? What other fans are in the case? What kind of thermal past was used? If you can answer those I am sure we can find a solution You may need to redo the thermal past, it may have been put on improperly. You may need to get other fans in the case (preferably 120 mm as they make least sound). You may need to get an aftermarket cpu fan that is just less loud. All are fairly simple to do
