Activision has almost no chance to win because everyone knows that they are suing in counter just to try to discredit the first lawsuit.
They don't want to pay promised bonus to the one that make them earn a lot of money.
When all, and I mean all, of the important members of a studia leaves at the same time it's that you are in fault. I am not talking about 5 or even 10. But it's more like 50.
